Posted - 28/03/2010 : 17:39:18 Hi, have you got your axies yet? I think theyre great pets, a combination of cute, fascinating and ever so slightly weird!
I've not tried anything in the tank with mine but i have heard that axies will eat snails (and pretty much anything else that will fit into their mouths!) but i've also heard that snails can damage axis if they manage to end up attached to them they can damage the skin and especially the eyes but i've never experienced that so no idea if thats fact or just hearsay i'm afraid.
Good luck with your new pets |

Posted - 10/03/2010 : 13:31:41 I believe that Axies would eat snails, but it depends on the size of the snails in comparrison to the axies really.
I think I would seperate if I could because I'd be worried not only about the snails, but also the axies if they eat the snails then struggle to digest the shell.
