Posted - 27/05/2009 : 20:11:41 hey here are my 1.2 new european green toads. i didnt realise how active this species was going to be and im already thinking about upgrading the tubs size lol

Just after posting I moved them into a 64ltr RUB i had in the garage. which gives them a bit more floor space and a hell of a lot more height. I didnt realise how active these guys were really going to be all they've done is climb and waddle about. They even ate this morning
I'll have to get some more piccys up as there colours are so much more vivid and better much greener and the brown/bague is a bit darker and they generally more stand out. |

Posted - 28/05/2009 : 10:58:06 Yeah these guys love the space apparently, much like bufo regularis care wise the more you can give them to run about in the better. surprisingly they like to climb (not like tree frogs) but they appreciate a tall bit of cork bark to climb on top of.
