Hi, I have two tree frogs, one is a Whites and the other is a tiger legged running frog i think  I keep them together as they were together in the pet shop and i was told that this was fine. They are both very beautiful, my whites is usually where i can see him but the other is always hiding and never comes out. My whites seems to be quite dark most of the time, i am quite worried about him, he eats well and the moisture in the tank is good. Is there anything you would suggest i can do to make my lil froggy a bit happier?

I would use a heat mat attached to the outside of the back of the tank that covers about the first 3 quarters from the top down. Whites spend a lot of time climbing on branches etc so they need the heat where they'll be most, but they can still head to the bottom if they get too warm. |

Well I'm not sure because I've never kept a running frog, but I've heard they like to burrow under the soil during the day, so I'm wondering what your set up is like?
If it's an arboreal viv that's suited to whites then this might not be the best for the running frog. They only climb the trees at night so still need adequate burrowing space to live how they would in the wild.
I think most species of frog are quite timid, so it's hiding is probably nothing to worry about. He's nocturnal so I'd sneak down at night and see if he's more active then.
