Posted - 07/08/2009 : 15:12:12 I just baught a Bullfrog Tadpole a few weeks ago. It is a frog now. But I cannot get it interested in any type of food. I have tried to use live cricket but he will not even look at them. It is really tame and lets me hold itso it's not really jumpy. I just don't get it? Any suggestions will help greatly. -Thanks |

I would just go digging in the garden and find the smallest earthworms you can find. Keep them in good soil for a few days, then wash them and try them. Hopefully he'll eat them.
Now his tank is all water except for his dock. Should I put the food in the water or on the dock? There are mosquito larva in his tank as well, could he be eating those? |

Try smaller foods, bloodworm, really small crickets, Small earthworms. Variation is key, some forgs prefer some foods than others. Let us know how you get on.
Where can I get small live blood worms? I feed frozen ones to my fish would that work? |

It's only been about 2 days since his tail is mostly gone. |
