Also i'm changing to live plants, i've found which plants to use and what lightings needed, but could somebody advize me on substrates to use,or any other advice on live plants etc. Thankyou Peter2

I would trust Kaz's advice, he's a pretty smart fella!

It's not advised to house multiple species together and you'd still have the worry about cannabalism.

Whites tend to eat anything that moves and will fit in their mouths, so size of house mates is always important

It is alright to keep White's together, but they must be the same size, otherwise you'd be risking the larger one eating the smaller.

You tank may need to be a little bigger when they reach adulthood too, but will do while they are adolescents.

If you do manage to find a suitable partner that is of similar size, you will also need to quarentine the new addition for a few months to ensure it's healthy before placing it with your other one.

Live plants are defintiely worthy additions to any terranium. We use eco earth substrate in our tanks and the plants seem to do well on it.

Wandering jew is a good plant to have on the floor because it spreads really well, but something sturdy like a monster/swiss cheese plant is useful for lofty foliage as the stems are strong enough to support a tree frogs weight.
