I have an Exo Terra enclosure 45 x 45 x 60 cm and I'm looking for communal tree frogs? Also how many would be a healthy number to put in an enclosure this size? Cheers Guys!
I suppose it depends a lot on the size of the frogs. I have a Whites, and I'd probably do a MAX of 3 in one that size, but even then that could be to many.
BluetongueDan Keeps a multitude of froggys, he may have a better answer for that though.
I kept 4 Peacock Tree Frogs in a 45x45x60 for a while. They had plenty of space in there! But like Kehhlyr said, It would really depend on what frogs you want.
Whites are fine together if you try and pare up individuals of similar size - they can be cannibalistic and eat smaller frogs (or anything that fits in their mouths) If you get them the same size 2 juveniles should be fine for a while in that size exo terra - unlike some snakes with most amphibians the more space you can give them the better really.
