I've had my Asian Painted frog/ Chubby frog for about 2-3 months now and I noticed that he has a runny nose. Anyone know what causes this and how I can cure it?

Not heard of an amphibian with a runny nose before.

What is the liquid that's coming out like?

Could be a symptom of a lot of things, so I'd probably go to the vet if possible.
